Foundation

Qafqaz University was founded in 1993 with the decree of Azerbaijani National Assembly and the approval of Council of Ministers.

The University offers B.A, M.A., M.Sc., and doctoral programs and an MBA program. Qafqaz University is the first higher educational institution which received the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certificate in Azerbaijan.
